UPSS Boarding Programme

₦2,500,000 per term (13-week term). One package covering everything residential. Paid in addition to the child's normal class (tuition) fees. Part-payment in instalments is supported.

60 places: 30 for boys, 30 for girls. Accepting boarders now for First Term 2026/2027 (term started 2026-09-14); boarders are already in residence.

Boarding house: Plot 36, 37, 45 & 49 Garrick Layout, Off Siluko Road, Benin City.

Who can board

• UPSS: JSS1 – SS3 (all secondary classes)
• CAM: Elementary 4 – 5
• CAGS: Grade 4 – 5

Younger classes (including Daycare, preschool and early years) remain on the day programme.

What the package includes

• Accommodation: Dedicated bed space with mattress, Personal wardrobe space, Well-maintained dormitories, Clean bathrooms, Daily cleaning of shared areas
• Meals & Nutrition: Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, Healthy snacks, Safe drinking water, Supervised meal service
• Student Care: Resident houseparents, Daily supervision and routines, Hygiene monitoring, Pastoral care and mentoring, Structured weekend programme
• Academic Support: Supervised evening prep, Quiet study environment, Homework monitoring
• Laundry & Linen: Regular laundry service, Fresh bed linen, Labelled, tracked garments

Not included: Tuition (normal class fees are paid in addition); Uniforms, textbooks and other academic charges; Personal medication and external hospital bills.

How to register for boarding

Free: no payment is taken when requesting a boarding place.

1. Submit the boarding request form (child name, gender, class, parent name and phone, and the parent ticks the consent box). You get a reference immediately.
2. New to the school? Also submit the admission application (a separate form).
3. The boarding team calls to confirm a place and the payment schedule.

Optional deposit: ₦250,000, holds a bed for 7 days. Optional, offered after the request. Fully refundable within the hold and counts towards the term fee if you go ahead.

Request a boarding place. Prefill with the same parameters as the admission form (child_first_name, child_last_name, gender, class, parent_name, parent_phone, parent_email) plus enrolled=yes|no. The parent ticks consent and submits.
