A tablet on your PA speaker rings the bell at every period change from your School Guardian 360 timetable, and announces it out loud: the next lesson, break time, the end of the day. Change a period time and the bell follows. No one has to watch the clock.
Every bell is a three-strike chime followed by a spoken announcement, so everyone knows what the bell means.
“Attention. Period two begins now. Please move to your next class.”
A soft chime and “Three minutes to Period two.” — so teachers can round off.
“Attention. It is now First Break.” — and when it ends, “Break is over. Please return to your classes.”
“The school day has ended… Please pack your bags, leave your classroom tidy, and move calmly to your pickup point.”
The closing announcement adds a “Have a wonderful weekend” goodbye.
Optionally, each lesson bell can remind teachers to scan the classroom code.
